Daily Mass and 4 Rosaries a day
The price includes air transportation and taxes,
airport transfers, baggage transfers, deluxe motorcoach,

1) Monday, May 3: on plane
Early evening flight departure from Newark airport or JFK, New York
airport. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.
2) Tuesday, May 4: Turin (4 nights)
Mid-morning arrival into to Turin (Torino). We will explore a number of
sights and holy places associated with St. John Bosco, canonized in 1934, St. Joseph Cafasso, and St. Dominic Savio. Visit the Salesian Motherhouse Compound and the Visitor's Center there. Then proceed to the Oratory of St. Francis de Sales, where, at Our Lady's altar, St. Dominic Savio consecrated himself to the Blessed Virgin Mary, as well as the Chapel of the Resurrection, also known as the Pinardi chapel, and frequently called the Bethlehem of the Salesian Family, because of it humble appearance and its original roots as a washroom. It remains the center of Salesian spirituality. We will see the magnificent golden Basilica of Mary, Help of Christians, in which St. Dominic Savio's remains are interred.

3) Wednesday, May 5: Turin
This morning we have tickets to see the Holy Shroud in the Church of the Holy Shroud, or the Cathedral of St. John. At the exhibit at the International Center of Sindonology, where research on the Shroud is conducted, we will visit the museum there. Renovated in 1998, now 15 projectors show spectacular virtual frescoes of the Passion of Christ, culminating in the astonishing three-dimensional image of the face of the Man on the Shroud. Also, in the Cathedral of Turin, we will see the body of the young man, Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, found to be incorrupt on March 31, 1981. He was born in Turin, and died there in 1925 at the age of 24, and was beatified in Rome on May 20, 1990. A cultured young man, he was a sportsman, a daily Communicant, a Dominican Tertiary, and was involved in the St. Vincent de Paul Society and Catholic Action, We will visit the Church of Corpus Domini, site of a Eucharistic miracle, where Pier Giorgio made his first Confession, and the Chapel of the Sister Helpers of the Souls in Purgatory, where he made his first Holy Communion. We will visit other places associated with Pier Giorgio, such as Our Lady of Grace Church, called La Crocetta, and near the village of Biella, site of Pier Giorgio's first tomb, we will visit the Black Madonna in the Sanctuary of Oropa in the village of Pollone.
4) Thursday, May 6: Turin
Today is the great Feast Day Celebration of St. Dominic Savio, in the glorious Basilica, canonized in 1954. Later on, we will visit a number of holy places, depending on time, associated with St. John Bosco and St. Joseph Cafasso, including the Church of St. Francis of Assisi in Turin where Don Bosco began his ministry with youth, and the childhood home of Bosco in Becchi, Afterwards, we will visit Riva di Chieri, the birthplace of St. Dominic Savio, the youngest non-martyr canonized saint, canonized in 1954, until now (Jacinta and Francisco are only beatified). Then we will visit the church there where Dominic was baptized. From the ages of 2 till 10, Savio lived in Murialdo, and we visit his childhood home. Then we proceed to Mondonio, to pray at the home where he died of tuberculosis at the age of 14, (two weeks short of his 15th birthday).
5) Friday, May 7: Turin
Today we will have a City Tour of Turin and then we will visit the famous hospital in Turin, founded by St. Joseph Cottolengo, that is staffed by 12 religious orders, and has 10,000 patients. Over the centuries, it has depended on Divine Providence alone. Then visit the Church of St, Francis, where St. Joseph Cafasso was a pastor. We will visit the Consolata Fathers of Turin, founded by Canon Allamano, the nephew of St. Don Joseph Cafasso, who is the patron of their Missionary Institute.
Then we will drive to the Province of Piedmont, 20 miles, from Turin, to visit Castelnuovo Don Bosco, where St. Cafasso was born. He was called the “priest's priest,” He was ordained at the age of 22, having obtained an age dispensation, and upon graduation, became a professor in the seminary college, and then the Rector for 24 years till his death, where he trained young priests and conducted clerical retreats. He carried on almost superhuman activity, and still found time to minister to the laity, the poor, and the convicts. He was nicknamed, the “Priest of the Gallows.” Holy from his earliest youth, he died at the age of 49.
6) Saturday, May 8: Montichiari (2 nights)
Morning departure for Milan (86 miles away) to visit the famous and majestic Cathedral of Milan, described by Mark Twain as “a poem in marble,” the 3rd largest church in Europe. We will have reserved the beautiful Crypt of St. Charles Boromeo to have our Mass there. Then, with tickets, we will go to the nearby Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie to see the original Da Vinci painting of the Last Supper (30' x 15').
Time permitting, we will proceed to St. Ambrogio Church to pray at the tomb of St. Ambrose and the martyrs. Drive 75 miles to Montichiari for dinner and overnight there.
7) Sunday, May 9: Montichiari
This morning, our bus will go to Montichiari the place of origin of the famous Rosa Mystica apparitions to Pierina Gilli. We will visit the Basilica of Montichiari where Our Lady appeared to Pierina a number of times and gave messages. and then visit to Fontanelle where the Blessed Mother also appeared to Pierina, and to obtain miraculous healing water from “The Spring of Grace,” to see the Rosa Mystica Chapel, and the Cross of Grace. We will also visit home of Pierina Gilli and the cemetery where she is buried, as well as the Rosa Mystica center in Montichiari.
8) Monday, May 10: Padua (2 nights)
This morning we will proceed to Padua. On the way, we will stop at Vincenza, 144 miles, to see the Shrine of the Madonna of Mount Berico, which 30 Days magazine recently said is one of the most important places of Marian Devotion in Europe. When we arrive in Padua, another 50 miles away, we will visit the enormous first international Basilica of Saint Anthony, to view his incorrupt tongue, vocal cords, and jawbone. He died at the age of 36 and was canonized in less than a year after his death.
We will see the beautiful Basilica of St. Justina, wherein lie the bodies of St. Luke and St. Mathias, with its circular moat and famous 17th century oval garden and 4 bridges. Dinner and overnight in Padua.
9) Tuesday, May 11: Padua
This morning we will have our Mass at the church of St. Leopold Mandic and see his tomb there and the historic site of this Saint of the Confessional. We then have tickets to visit the Scrovegni Chapel (by appointment), where Giotto painted 38 scenes of the life of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We may have time to see St. George’s Oratory with 21 historic frescoes. We will view the clock tower in the popular Piazza del Signori Square. Dinner and overnight in Padua.
10) Wednesday, May 12: Venice (1 night)
After morning Mass in Padua, we drive 30 miles to Venice to see St. Mark’s Cathedral and Square. We will take a lovely boat ride on the Grand Canal to reach Venice. On your own, you will have the opportunity to take an optional Gondola ride on the narrow waterways, visit the Palace of the Doges where you can see the Bridge of the Sighs and the Dungeons; you may take the elevator to the top of the bell tower with a commanding view of the islands, and/or tour St. Mark's Cathedral.
11) Thursday, May 13: Home
Morning departure to the U.S., arriving there in the afternoon on the same day.

will be provided).

3) Following dinner, there will be a Rosary and dessert at Fatima House
Saturday, May 1, 2010:
1) Breakfast on your own
2) 11:30 a.m. Mass at Blue Army Shrine
3) Shrine store is usually open daily between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
4) Transportation to restaurant for lunch (on your own) and return to lodging
5) Divine Mercy Chaplet and spiritual video showings at Fatima House
6) Dinner at excellent restaurant (included) and return to lodging
Sunday, May 2, 2010:
1) Breakfast on your own, followed by 11 a.m. Rosary and Mass at the Blue Army Shrine.
